According to the project filing, the proposed development would be a nearly 15,000-square-foot, ground-up athletic facility.

Plans call for a combination of training space and a pro shop, creating a dedicated destination for baseball and softball athletes in the Magnolia area.

The project is currently listed with construction beginning in November, with completion anticipated by late 2027.

As with any proposed development, those dates can change as plans, permitting and construction progress. But the project is notable because of what it could mean for families who currently have to travel outside Magnolia for specialized baseball and softball training.

Why This Could Be a Big Deal for Magnolia Baseball Families

For young athletes, training isn't always just a once-a-week activity.
