Hudson House Is Coming to Greenside at Memorial City

West Houston is getting another new dining option, with Hudson House coming to Greenside at Memorial City.

A project registered with the state outlines a $2 million, 6,095-square-foot build-out at 1085 Gessner Road. Construction is expected to begin in November, with the project targeting completion in spring 2027.

The upcoming Hudson House will add another restaurant concept to Greenside at Memorial City, a development that has been building momentum as a destination for dining, fitness and wellness.

Hudson House Adds to Greenside at Memorial City

Hudson House won't be the only name drawing attention to the area.

Greenside at Memorial City is already home to ChopnBlok, Pizzana and solidcore, giving the development a mix of dining and wellness options for residents and visitors in the surrounding Memorial City area.

The addition of Hudson House continues that growth and gives West Houston residents another restaurant to look forward to.

At 6,095 square feet, the planned build-out represents a sizable addition to the development. With construction expected to start in November, the spring 2027 completion target puts the opening on the radar for Houstonians watching new restaurant and retail projects around Memorial City.

More Activity Coming to West Houston

New restaurant openings can be a good indicator of how an area is evolving. As more dining, fitness and lifestyle businesses establish themselves in a development, they can help create places where residents can spend more of their time without having to travel far from home.

That's part of what makes the continued development at Greenside at Memorial City worth watching.

For residents in Memorial, west Houston and nearby neighborhoods, Hudson House will add another option to an area that is already seeing a growing lineup of restaurants and wellness businesses.

If construction stays on schedule, Houstonians could see Hudson House open its doors in spring 2027.
