Pho Prime Is Opening a New Garden Oaks Location at Stomping Grounds This Fall

Garden Oaks residents will soon have another destination for authentic Vietnamese comfort food. Pho Prime is set to open a new location at Stomping Grounds this fall, bringing its signature slow-simmered pho and expanding its footprint across the Houston area.

The upcoming restaurant will mark the eighth location for Mamba Hospitality Group, the Houston-based company behind the growing Pho Prime brand. Known for its commitment to traditional cooking methods, the restaurant has built a loyal following by focusing on one of the most important parts of every bowl of pho: the broth.

Rather than taking shortcuts, Pho Prime simmers its broth for 12 hours, creating a rich, deeply flavorful base using a blend of beef knuckle, short rib, brisket, and oxtail. The long cooking process extracts layers of flavor that have become a defining characteristic of the restaurant's signature pho.

The new location will open at Stomping Grounds, the mixed-use development in Garden Oaks that continues to attract a growing lineup of restaurants, cafés, and neighborhood gathering spots. As the area continues to evolve into one of Houston's emerging dining destinations, Pho Prime adds another locally loved concept to the mix.
